Ongoing weekly or biweekly full charge bookkeeping:
Invoicing, accounts receivable, bill paying, accounts payable, 1099’s, recording deposits, updating the bank balance, payroll processing, payroll reporting, W2’s, sales tax reporting, general ledger monthly adjustments, reconciliation, management reports, and unaudited financial statements. All funds are tracked and reported. Income, expenses, and bank balances are kept current.
Monthly, after the fact full charge bookkeeping:
Monthly transactions are entered, reconciled, proofed; payroll tax payments are setup, and monthly management and unaudited financial statements are provided. Often times the client does their own invoicing and payroll, and then provides the QuickBooks company file for bank account completion, reconciliation, and reporting.
On Demand:
Any portion of standard bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks: A/R or A/P, bank reconciliation, payroll, general ledger review and adjustment can be provided on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. Client can perform some accounting functions, and outsource the other areas as needed.
Semi-annual or annual Tax Prep:
Transactions are entered into QuickBooks from the bank statement, reconciled, and financial reports are generated for the tax return preparer. Usually includes 1099 preparation.
Basic Excel spreadsheet accounting also provided as an alternative to QuickBooks software.

Setup:
New Quickbooks company file can be setup for you, online or on your computer.
Cleanup:
If you have a QuickBooks file that was setup or used incorrectly, it can be reviewed and adjusted, or a new company file setup with all the same chart of accounts and/or customer and vendor records from the old file.
Customize:
The QuickBooks company file can be customized for your specific company and management style, increasing the ease of use for daily functions, and monthly reporting. QuickBooks should work for you!
Training:
